Wyndham Tech Excursion
On Wednesday 13th September, Year 10 and Year 11 Applied Computing students went on an excursion to Wyndham Tech School in Werribee. The students participated in a game development course that utilised an application called Unreal Engine 5. The students created their own parkour game in the application, using obstacles, animations, editing of character blueprints, and preset meshes and textures built into the application. At the end, a tour was given of the facility, where the Year 10 and 11 students were fascinated by the engineering and design-based labs.
