Oasis Otters Swimming Club
We are a friendly, family oriented swimming club based at Dandenong Oasis Swimming Centre. We offer a range of competitive training programs designed to meet the needs of swimmers from pre-squad through to Age National level competitive swimming .

Code Drive Autonomous Driving Competition at
MCAV an engineering student team from Monash University is hosting a autonomous vehicle (AV) competition. This unique event aims to provide students with an opportunity to learn about autonomous driving technology and the challenges it addresses.
The competition includes educational workshops and a hands-on challenge, where students will collaborate to design and build their own autonomous driving vehicles.
The goal is to improve students’ understanding of STEM and its importance to the future. This competition will provide a valuable experience for all students involved, regardless of their background or level of experience.
They are hosting this two-day event on 25th Saturday - 26th Sunday November (10am-4pm), that will be held in Monash University Clayton Campus, there is no registration fee! This competition is primarily aimed at Year 9 and 10 students, however, we warmly welcome Year 11 and 12 students to participate as well. Lunch will also be provided on both days of the event! Parents are invited to join too.
Please note that students have the opportunity to register at their own discretion, based on their interest, without requiring the active involvement of teachers in organizing student teams. Please do not hesitate to send an email if you have further questions or need assistance.

Free Summer Holiday Camps for Kids
The Doxa Youth Foundation will be running holiday camps for children from 10 to 12 years old during the 2024 summer school holidays.
Doxa will be providing these camps FREE of charge for children from less affluent families. We are all about children having fun, learning, and creating special memories. We would appreciate your assistance in referring children who you think would benefit from a Doxa holiday camp.
Malmsbury Camp, January 8th – 12th 2024, (5 days and 4 overnight) Our Malmsbury Camp is located in an idyllic bush setting in Central Victoria where campers will have exciting outdoor adventures. Onsite there are all sorts of facilities including a giant swing, climbing wall, archery, trampolines, and local native wildlife. During this program participants will also visit the local swimming pool and canoe in local areas.
City Camp, January 15th – 19th 2024, (5 days and 4 overnight) Located in the heart of the CBD, our city camp will offer participants the opportunity to discover all the things that our vibrant city has to offer. From seeing Melbourne’s iconic attractions such as the Eureka Skydeck and Melbourne Zoo, to attending major Australian sporting events such as The Australian Open and Big Bash League, the experience they will have will be like no other.

City of Kingston Community Bike Education Program
Bike Education offered to all the community:
• Simple and effective training for both children and adults new to the world of cycling.
• Riding as a family and wanting to gain confidence to ride safety alongside adults on shared footpaths, trails and roads.
• Require update on the road rules and riding in traffic.
• Senior bike group riding focus traffic techniques and hazards.
• Bike maintenance and bike checks.
Session Includes:
• Interactive bike exercises.
• Promoting safe riding behaviour and habits.• Bike checks and suggestions.
• Review of the road rules.
• How to get ongoing support.•
The program can be tailored to any ability and is offered to all.

Laptops
In 2020, the This is ‘IT’ initiative was born, in an attempt to equalise access to education across the South East region of Melbourne. Now in 2023, with the assistance of very generous donors, the initiative has expanded into the Bayside and Peninsula regions. The initiative aimed to offer scholarships to local students, in the form of laptops.
In this day and age, laptops are a required learning tool.

Bulls (Noble Park) Juniors Football Club
The Bulls (Noble Park) Juniors FC has been operating as a local football club nearly 60 years. They are looking for boys and girls aged 11, 12 and 13 years to join the club. They have no club fees and are asking that students consider joining the club to be part of a team. Refer to flier for information.
Mazenod Football Club
Mazenod FC is actively striving to create a Female Football program to run parallel to our long-running male football department.
At present, we have FIVE female teams with room to grow. As such, we have places available to fill our Under 13 and Under 15 Girls teams, who will play in the Football Victoria metropolitan competitions this season.
With the FIFA Womens Football World Cup due on our shores this year, we would like to see the number of female footballers grow, not only for us but for the nation in general.
