Dear Families,
We have had a wonderful couple of weeks at Holy Family School!
Our school community has welcomed our 2024 Prep students and their families during an Information Evening and the commencement of Transition sessions.
Last night we hosted an Information Evening for parents of students joining our school in Years 1-6 in 2024. These students will also have Transition Sessions before the end of the 2023 School Year.
On behalf of everyone, I would like to welcome our 60+ students and their families joining our school community in 2024.
Thank you to our Staff Leadership Team and Student Leaders for presenting at both Information Evenings.
Our students were very impressive - leading prayer, sharing Prep experiences and opportunities at Holy Family School. A true example of student leadership and voice.
I would also like to acknowledge and thank John and Marcus for sharing their 'tips' with our Prep 2024 Families to ensure a smooth transition to school.
Communication
Please remember to read our fortnightly School Newsletter and Level Newsletters. These documents can be located in a variety of spaces -
- school website
- Audiri (previously skoolbag)
Other sources of information for our families are instagram and Facebook.
Some students miss out on our whole school celebrations if this information is not accessed.
Holy Family Parish Christmas Dinner Dance
I encourage our families to get together to purchase tickets for our Parish Christmas Dinner Dance coming up on Friday 24th November.
Funds raised from this event will go towards the roof repairs for our Parish Hall which our students use for assemblies, Physical Education sessions and Sacrament Days.
If you can not attend this event then you may wish to make a donation to the Parish.
Please refer to the flyer below for details.
World Teachers Day
Thank you to our families and students for celebrating the amazing educators that we have at Holy Family School.

Hats off to teachers this World Teachers’ Day!

She's one of the few people who "get" me.
Teachers are helping us learn and gain more knowledge. They are the role model for many young children. My teachers are the most hard-working people. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽💕💕💕💐💐
Our teachers are kind. They are helpful when help is needed. Having a great teacher means we have someone to look out for us and teach us lots of new things to learn.
