Headache
Most headaches are not serious. However, sometimes, when associated with other signs and symptoms, headaches may be an indication of a serious underlying condition.
Headaches can generally be treated with the following:
- Good hydration, healthy diet and exercise
- Avoiding food, drink or drugs that may cause a headache
- Maintaining good posture
- Reducing stress
- Resting in a quiet, dark room
- Having an eye test
Pain relief such as Paracetamol
Visit your GP if you experience more serious symptoms or if your headaches persist.
