EUREKA DIVISION CRICKET COMPETITION

MRPS Girls Team -

On Thursday the 30th, selected students went to Alfredton Recreational Reserve to compete in the Eureka Inter-Schools Cricket Competition. Our first game was against St Alipius, which we won. We then versed Sienna who we also beat. Then we played Skipton who were very good and they beat everyone they played, including us. Our next match was against Invermay who bet us by one run. Our final game was against Lumen Christi and we bet them by one wicket. Our day was fun, hot and exhausting but we had a great time.

MRPS Boys Team - 

First game we played against St Alipius, we won that game after that we 

played against Siena and we won again then we were up against some tough competition Skipton. We lost that game but it was quite close. Our last game was a jaw breaker which we happily won. We played against Mt Blowhard and it was great because a lot of our team knew a lot of their team. We had so much fun and got a lot of 4s and 6s throughout the day. Thanks for organising and we can’t wait to play again next year.
