Celebrating 100 Days of Prep! 🎉

Last Wednesday, 30th July, we proudly celebrated 100 Days of Prep - a major milestone in our youngest learners' school journey. It was a day filled with joy, reflection, and celebration as students marked 100 days of learning, growing and making memories together. Since their very first day, our Prep students have shown incredible curiosity, resilience and enthusiasm. From mastering letters and numbers to forming friendships and routines, their growth has been remarkable. Congratulations to all our Prep students, teachers and families on reaching this special moment - we can’t wait to see what the rest of the year holds! 

Occupational Therapist 

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Abigail Simcoe, an experienced Occupational Therapist, who has recently joined our staff as part of the school's wellbeing team. Abigail brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in supporting student development, with a particular focus on enhancing engagement, participation and overall wellbeing. We look forward to the positive impact she will have within our school community as she works collaboratively with students, families and staff.

Child Safety and Wellbeing at Caulfield South Primary School: Information for Families and the School Community

The Victorian Government has announced new Child Safe Standards to further strengthen child safety across organisations, including schools. The new standards recognise the critical importance of families and the broader school community in maintaining and promoting child safety and wellbeing.

Caulfield South Primary School has reviewed and updated our child safety policies and procedures to ensure they meet the requirements of the new standards. We are committed to continuous improvement in our approach to child safety and wellbeing and welcome feedback from families and members of our school community on ways we can further strengthen our child safety policies, procedures and practices.
