Monthly Self Care
July is all about quick, feel-good self-care moments you can enjoy from morning to night.
Start your day with simple boosts, take little pauses during the day to refresh, and end with calming rituals that help you relax and recharge.
No stress, no pressure - just positive vibes.
Make each step your own.
Mix it up, experiment, and find what works best for you.
Choose one or two easy steps each day and feel the difference when you put yourself first.
You’ve got this!
You deserve this!
Happy July!

Wellbeing Week Wrap Up
Wellbeing Week was an incredible success, filled with positivity, connection, and meaningful moments that brought our community together. From inspiring activities to thoughtful conversations, it truly highlighted the importance of taking care of ourselves and one another.
A huge congratulations to Mr. Damien Lowe, our Shorts Day winner in the staff competition, for wearing the boldest pair of shorts, his spirit and creativity lit up the event!
The week also saw students answer one simple but powerful question: What do you do for self-care?
All entries were placed into a draw, and we are excited to announce the winners of the self-care hampers just in time for the school holidays.
Zara Singh, with her response “Having faith in yourself,” and Chenumi Udabage, who shared, “If you are not feeling at your best, you can read a book and be immersed in another world. You will have something to take your mind off things that make you feel down.”
Congratulations to our lucky hamper recipients - enjoy those well-deserved treats!
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the week so spectacular.
