Year 8 Ski Trip
On Monday 28 July, students from the Year 8 cohort departed for Jindabyne for the opportunity to ski. Students excited about the memories and moments they were going to create, got on the 7-hour bus ride. Upon arriving, students were put into their cabins and given a chance to get organised for the coming week. We got our skis, ski clothing and ski pass, all ready for the first day of skiing.
Over the three days of skiing, students enjoyed their time challenging themselves and learning to ski making memories and a life skill that will last a lifetime. Overall, students had a great experience, and many are looking forward for the next time they go to the snow.
Students are grateful for the opportunity and thank, Mr McGeekie, Mr Stearn, Mr Gillogly, Mr Carrol, Mr Wall, Ms Schuster, Ms Spanyik, Mr Saar, Ms Doherty, Mr Serone and Mr Burton for the great week.
