Walkathon

Instructions on how to make Walkathon donations/sponsorship payments:

Step 1

On the School Bytes home page, locate the green ‘Payments’ button.

Step 2

You will then be directed to ‘Statement of accounts.’

At the bottom left side of the screen, there is an option to select the ‘Add Other Item’ button.

Step 3

Select the eldest child for the whole family’s donations/sponsorship payment then select ‘Walkathon’ in the category drop down.

Step 4

Select the quantity of 1 and then click the ‘ADD’ button next to the quantity drop down.

Step 5

This will then appear below as a subtotal. Once you have put in your donations/ sponsorship for your child/children, click the ‘Add Items’ button.

Step 6

Once the item has been added, you will need to enter the donation amount to the payment line.

The total donation amount will appear in the bottom right corner next to the ‘PAY NOW’ button.

Please find below the details regarding family payments allocations.

Step 7

Once you are happy with the amount that is displayed, click the ‘PAY NOW’ button and this will then prompt you to enter your card details.

Family Payment Allocations 

Families with more than 1 child will only need to make 1 donation/ sponsorship payment. Once this payment has been received, EACH child in that family will receive an equal amount of raffle tickets in the draw for their grade prize.

1 raffle ticket will be given for every $5 donated.

Due date for all donations/ sponsorship is on Friday, 15th August 2025 by 3pm.

Prizes draw will take place during theK-6 Monday Morning Assembly in Week 5, on Monday, 18th August 2025. This will be held under the K-2  ‘COLA’ at 9:30 am.
