Sleep Tight........Wake Bright........Learn More!

A good night’s sleep is one of the most important things we can give our children to help them thrive at school. Research shows that children and young people who get enough rest are more focused, have better memory and mood, and are ready to learn each day.

Establishing a consistent bedtime routine, such as switching off screens an hour before bed, reading a book, and going to sleep at the same time each night, helps regulate the body’s internal clock. This makes waking up for school easier and mornings less rushed.

Daily attendance is just as important.

Every single day of learning builds on the one before. Even missing a single day can mean falling behind on key skills and concepts. When children are at school every day, they’re more likely to feel connected, confident, and part of the learning community.
