From Principal Steve - Grade 3 & 4 Playground Redesign 2023

We are thrilled to announce that work will start on the first new playground area on 10th November and will take an estimated two weeks to complete. Please refer to the attached plan. 

This is phase one of the overall project and will see a complete renovation of the current Grade 3/4 play area between the junior oval and the basketball court, with lots of new and exciting features - many requested by our students during engagement workshops.

We are looking forward to phases two and three being delivered in 2024 and will find out this December if we have been successful in securing a government grant to go towards these phase builds.

This project would not have been possible without the whole community supporting the school's fundraising events.  Funds raised over the past two years, and ongoing fundraising, are all for our new playground facilities. We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

A special thanks to our parent working group, led by Antony Hardenberg, who have dedicated scores of their personal time over the past 18 months to develop and deliver this project.

We are so excited to see the end result and watch our students enjoy the first of their new playgrounds.
