P-2 House Sports

Congratulations to all our Foundation, Grade 1 and Grade 2 students who competed in our annual Junior House Sports. It was a cool start to the day, but dry and the sun eventually shone. Our junior students did a fantastic job of running, jumping, throwing, kicking and competing in team events.

Thank you to all the family and friends who came to support the students, and cheer them on. Some even got involved in a few of the events. Well done.

A huge thank you to the grade 6 helpers who ran events, helped the younger students and completed an array of roles behind the scenes to help the day run so smoothly.

In the end Cook, Blue Kawirr were victorious on 1501 points. Blackbur, Red Kadak came second on 1480. Third place was Moneghetti, Green Dungalaba on 1436 and Maher, Yellow Kanyul was fourth with 1327 points.

Our Year Level Champions were Lincoln and Maci from Foundation, Cooper, Evelyn, Tilly and Henrietta from Grade 1 and Oliver and Jayla in Grade 2.
