Primary Sub-School News

It has been a fortnight of exciting events with our JSA Performance, a Halloween dress up day and the Mini Beast Incursion.

The Primary sub school Performance was a success. Our students put a lot of effort into learning their routines. We are so proud of the students' ability to walk on stage in front of a large audience. 'Thank you' to all the parents and carers that were able to attend. It was obvious how much the students appreciated this.

Halloween dress up was so much fun. The students enjoyed wearing a costume to school for a day and participating in the Halloween parade. Well done to all the families who helped to make the day fun by sourcing a fancy dress outfit.

The Mini Beast Incursion took place this week and every classroom had an opportunity to visit some small creeping, crawling and even flying little creatures. The butterflies were definitely a favourite, with some students fortunate enough to have one land on them.

Additionally, Our new 2024 Prep students visited this week for their Orientation Program. We were excited to meet them and look forward to more opportunities to learn all about our future students.

 Room 8

Room 8 had fun dressing up and parading for Halloween. In our class, we had a princess, a spooky witch, a skeleton, a unicorn, Dracula, and many more dress up costumes. The students liked having small buckets and sharing some special treats together.

We think you will agree that Room 8 also did a great job during their performance! They waited so well for their turn to go on stage, and then when they got on stage they beamed their beautiful smiles to the audience. From all of Room 8, a big "Thank you" to all the mums/dads/carers that were able to come and watch the performance.
