I trust this message finds you well as we approach the end of another vibrant week at Newlands Primary School. As we look ahead, I am pleased to share some important updates and reminders with our school community.

Fete De La Primavera

First and foremost, I would like to remind you about the eagerly anticipated Newlands Primary School Fete happening tomorrow. Our school grounds will be abuzz with excitement, featuring a myriad of engaging activities for everyone to enjoy. From games and delicious food to arts, crafts, and lively music, there's something for every member of the family. 

SunSmart Hat Reminder:

As we embrace the warmer weather, I would like to emphasize the importance of sun safety for our students. Please ensure that your child brings their SunSmart hat to school each day. For hygiene reasons, students are not allowed to borrow hats from the lost property. We have designated shaded areas for students without hats to ensure their well-being while enjoying outdoor activities.

Communication Regarding 2024 Plans:

In our efforts to plan for the upcoming academic year, we kindly remind parents who have plans to attend school elsewhere in 2024 to notify our leadership and administrative team as soon as possible. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated, as it allows us to better cater to the needs of our students and plan for a smooth transition into 2024.
