A Message from the Principal

Confirmation 

Congratulations to Rosie Lee, Ricky Hird, Olive Dillon, Jorja Jamieson, Phoebe Farrant -Wills, Dani Cortis, Alex Davis & Lily Brown for receiving the sacrament of Confirmation last Sunday. It was a beautiful ceremony and the students were made to feel very special by Father Kingsley. Father spoke about how important it is for parents and carers to pass on the gift of faith. This was very evident on Sunday. 

Socktober 

This Friday is our final silly sock day to raise money for Timor Leste children. The theme this week is animal socks. I look forward to seeing many crazy socks! Don’t forget your gold coin donation.

Book Fair

Thank you to the families who supported our annual book fair last Thursday. The students had a wonderful time dancing and playing with their friends. We have earned $473 Scholastic Rewards which will be used for classroom resources. What an amazing result! Well done Mrs Thompson and Mrs Darnell.

Colour Run Sunday 29th October

I encourage all our families to support the Colour Run which is being held at Longfield Park on Sunday 29th October from 10.30am. There are many attractions on offer: a foam cannon, slime stations, yabbie races and a delicious BBQ for lunch.  Thank you to Jenni Hird for all her work in organising this wonderful event. I look forward to seeing you there; watch out I am on the slime station!
