Students have just completed a drawing using one-point perspective, which is a mathematical system used to represent three-dimensional objects and space on a two-dimensional surface. This is done by using intersecting lines drawn vertically and horizontally, and that radiate from one point on a horizon line.

This type of drawing can present challenges for beginners and experienced artists alike. It requires patience, and attention to detail. Well done to all the students who gave it a go, practice makes progress!

Some students went above and beyond in their efforts, displaying our school value of high expectations. Here is just some of the great work the year 7’s produced in this task.
