Our Springvale Campus Hub hosted the annual Eid Celebration last week. Parents, teachers, and local community members came together to enjoy a delicious feast and each other’s company. A big thank you to our Hub Leader Julie Raciti and her side kick Jumabi Ali for organising this fabulous celebration as well as everyone who cooked and shared the yummy food that was on offer. Everyone’s tummies and hearts were full!

Last week we said farewell to Ranjana, the fabulous Their Care educator who has looked after our students before and after school and during the holidays for the past few years. We thank her for making the out of school care hours fun and educational. She will be greatly missed!

Students and teachers on Springvale Campus have enjoyed another great fortnight of learning. As I walk past the classrooms each and every day, I am super impressed at the level of student engagement and their ability to chat about their learning and goals they are working on. Hats off to all our wonderful teachers for their commitment and hard work in making learning relevant and fun!

Lastly, as the weather gets colder, and we spend more time indoors the sniffles and coughs are more likely to be shared around so please keep your child at home if they are unwell.
