PRAYER

Heavenly Father,

On this special day, we come before you with hearts full of gratitude for the gift of mothers. We thank you for their love, their sacrifices, and their unwavering support.

Bless all mothers, Lord. Strengthen them in times of weakness, comfort them in times of sorrow, and fill them with joy in moments of happiness. Help them to feel cherished and appreciated not just today, but every day.

Grant them wisdom as they guide their children, patience as they nurture them, and grace as they face the challenges of motherhood. May they always find strength in you, knowing that you are with them every step of the way.

We also remember, Lord, those who find this day difficult – those who have lost their mothers, those who long to be mothers, and those who are estranged from their children. Bring them comfort and peace, and remind them of your unending love.

Bless all families, O Lord, and help us to honour and appreciate our mothers not only today but throughout the year.

We offer this prayer in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

Sacramental Program

We congratulate the following children as they continue on their faith journey through the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

Our students Maddie D, Harper C, Bodhi B and Tommy J will joined Georgia and Ayla K in their Sacramental lessons commencing on Monday.  We thank the Father Jophin and the St Mary’s Parish for their support of these children. Please keep these children in your thoughts and prayers.
