Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) Applications Close 28/06/2024

The Department of Education Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) helps eligible families to cover the costs of school trips, camps and sporting activities.

If you have a valid means-tested concession card, such as a Veterans Affairs Gold Card, Centrelink Health Care Card, or Pensioner Concession Card, or are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible. There is also a special consideration category for asylum seeker and refugee families.

Payment amounts this year are $150 for eligible primary school students. Payments are made direct to the school to use towards expenses relating to camps, excursions, and sporting activities for the benefit of your child.

If you applied for CSEF through our school last year, you do not need to complete an application form this year, unless there has been a change in your family circumstances such as a change of custody, change of name, concession card number, or new siblings commencing at the school in 2024.

If you would like to apply for the first time, or have any further questions, please speak to the office staff.

Attendance

Just a reminder...if you are planning a family holiday, please advise the school or your child's teacher in writing prior to departing on your holiday. You will also need to update this on the Compass program.

Picking Up Children Early

If you need to collect your child early for an appointment, please come to the office to sign them out. Due to relevant school policies, we are unable to have students waiting in the office, so please allow time for us to call them up to the office after you have arrived.

Parent Payments

Thank you to all the parents who have finalised, or commenced, paying their child’s/children’s school levies for 2024.

The School Levies payment enables us to continue to offer programs across the school to enhance the learning of all students. It also covers all students' stationery, Art, Performing Arts and LOTE supplies for the year, as well as enabling us to be able to provide and upkeep our iPads and laptops across the school.

Parent payments are posted on Compass and can be paid through the Compass portal or, alternatively, through the school bank account, BPAY or by coming into the office and paying via cash or EFT.

First Aid Linen Roster

Thank you to the parents who have volunteered to change the linen in the First Aid room. We are still looking for additional volunteers to help with this. If you can spare some time to change and remake the first aid bed, as well as take the linen home for washing, we would be grateful for your assistance.

If you’re willing to assist, please contact Raelene in the office and she will add you to the linen roster.
