REAL SCHOOLS 

This term we have continued to build teacher capacity in using restorative practices through the Real Schools program. Our Real Schools Champion teachers have spent time observing classes and reflecting upon teacher practice and student reception of Real Schools language and behaviours.

We have found that our students are positively receptive to these practices and teachers are feeling well equipped to manage classrooms in a calm and positive manner using the Real Schools model. We are committed to continually reflecting upon and building our skills so that our classrooms are peaceful, safe and respectful environments where our students can thrive.
