Camp, Sport and Excursion Fund

If you have recently acquired a pension card, health care card, are new to the school or have a prep child who has started this year, please note:

CSEF (Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund) applications are now open. If you are a current holder of a Health Care Card or Pension Card, you can apply for CSEF to help cover the costs of Camps, Sports and Excursions. CSEF is an amount of $154 which is given to the school, to use for children of Pension Card or Health Care Card holders.

CSEF can only be used towards the cost of camps, sports, and excursions, without exception.

Please see attached the CSEF application form.

The application form will need to be filled out and sent through with a copy of your current Health Care Card or Pension Card to plenty.parklands.ps@education.vic.gov.au or alternatively, please contact the Office on 9404 4311.

Parents who have received CSEF for their child/ren last year, and, still have a valid Health Care/Pension Card, your 2025 application will automatically be submitted this year.

If you received CSEF funding last year but have had a child commence in prep this year, please complete a new form with the additional details of your child.
