If there are students who did not take a note and now wish to audition please see the office for a note.

P & F MEETING

There will be a P & F Meeting at 6.15pm on Wednesday 26th February. This meeting will be held in the school staffroom. All parents are welcome to come along. At this meeting we will discuss social and fundraising initiatives for the year and allocate class parents to assist with these activities.

PARENT VOLUNTEER INDUCTION

Volunteers play an important role in creating a positive experience for our students. At St Aidan’s, we deeply appreciate the generosity and support of those who give their time to assist at our school.

If you wish to volunteer in the uniform shop or at school events such as Athletics and Swimming Carnivals,  Mission Day and more you must complete the required registration and induction process before being approved.

While parent volunteers are exempt from a WWCC formal check, they still must complete an annual face-to-face induction in Child Safe Communities at the school and sign a Safe Schools Expectations Undertaking

A WWCC would be required in circumstances such as working in the uniform shop, assisting students as a lifeguard at the Swimming Carnival and other occasions. We advise parents if it is needed.

UPCOMING INDUCTION SESSIONS

To ensure all volunteers meet our safety requirements, we will be holding induction sessions in the school office on the below dates:

Thursday 27th February - 8.30am and 2.45pm

Friday 28th February - 8.30am and 2.45pm

SAFE DROP OFF & PICK UP

Just a reminder that the parking on Maroubra Road directly out the front of the school is 5 minutes only. To keep our students safe please follow this rule and please DO NOT double park or park across or in the school, parish or surrounding driveways.
