Monash Heights District Athletics Carnival

We had an amazing day at the Monash Heights District Athletics Carnival on Tuesday 3rd September. The weather was perfect and all our students who competed did an incredible job, representing Burwood East Primary School.

It was fantastic to see so many students, not just from BEPS, but from other schools, displaying exceptional sportsmanship and respect toward one another. The atmosphere throughout the day was filled with a sense of healthy competition, where everyone was encouraged to do their best while also supporting each other.

Congratulations to all the students who placed in the top 4 of their events! They have now qualified for the Monash Waverley Division Athletics Carnival, which will be held on Wednesday, October 9th. We are so proud of their efforts and can’t wait to see them continue to shine.

A big thank you to all the BEPS staff and volunteers for their help in making the day a success. The support from the BEPS community ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day and we truly appreciate it!

Well done to everyone involved for a day of celebrating athletics in the right spirit.
