Year 6 Leadership Update

Last week each Year 6 leadership group finalised ideas of a project to benefit the community. 

Different categories of people have been identified to be helped. The main aim was to plan out our time line and start to assign and complete jobs. Multiple groups managed to get the ball rolling by talking to the principal and admin staff. Our next goal is to start the main project by doing multiple different tasks.

“In leadership this week our group talked to Neil about setting up a lemonade stand. We have composed an assembly script to perform in front of the school. 

We will most likely be holding this on a Thursday after school. Every group has been working hard to help those in our community.”

Additionally donations are needed for groups to carry out the plan. All help is appreciated. These donations include:   

• 10 cent  bottles: Please place the bottles in the recycling for refugee tubs.
• Books: Second hand books that are in good condition.
• Toys: Good conditioned toys for the toy library.
