A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN IB STUDENT

Experiencing IB for a day – Wednesday 31st July 2024

The experience of one day in the life of IB was very successful. 

We had a combination of year 10 and 9 students who took part, in events within the IB subject areas. 

Students engaged in the IB philosophy of wholistic learning and practiced collaboration, engaged in international mindedness and applied multiple perspectives to global issues. 

Overall, the day was filled with fun, exciting and interesting IB activities that students and teachers participated in and enjoyed. 

A big thank you goes out to the Year 11 IB students who joined our large group with much enthusiasm; and took on leadership and advisory roles that supported both teachers and students. 

We would also like to thank the brilliant IB Teachers who created interactive and highly informative demonstrations of IB tasks. 

We thank our school community for their involvement and look forward to providing any further information that students and parents may need regarding the IBDP program at BSC.
