Yr 9 Textiles

Students have undertaken to learn basic garment construction in Semester 1 this year. In CAT 1 they undertake research and design for their Production CAT 2, which is all about learning the basics of laying out and cutting fabric, and garment construction to make a pair of pyjama pants. Fluffy fabric PJ’s are the proving to be the most popular at the moment being right on trend. Yr 9’s have done a great job of finishing their PJ pants just in time for winter.
