School Fundraiser 

Indigenous Literacy Foundation  

We have one more major event for Term 3. This year we will be holding a fundraising day on Friday 6th September

We are raising money to support the Indigenous Literacy Foundation.

In remote Communities across Australia there is often no such thing as libraries or bookstores. Access to reading material is extremely limited and this impacts the achievements of Indigenous children.

So, on Friday the 6th September, we are asking everyone to wear a splash of red, black, yellow, white, blue or green (these are the colours of our Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander flags) and bring a gold coin donation.

By supporting this fundraiser we are helping Indigenous children access quality resources often in their first languages.
