John Monash Science School

Little Scientists
Over four weeks, two groups of 4 students (one in Term 1 and one in Term 2) had the exciting opportunity to participate in the Little Scientists Program at John Monash Science School. Throughout the program, students worked alongside staff and students from JMSS to investigate scientific concepts, conduct experiments, and develop their skills in inquiry, collaboration, and problem-solving.
The program concluded with students proudly showcasing their learning and presentations at the JMSS Science Fair on Thursday 21st May. Students confidently presented their investigations and findings to families and visitors, demonstrating not only their scientific understanding but also their creativity and communication skills. It was fantastic to see the students speak so passionately about their projects and explain the processes behind their learning.
Our students represented the school exceptionally well, showing enthusiasm, curiosity, and maturity throughout the entire experience. We are incredibly proud of the effort they put into their presentations and the way they embraced this unique learning opportunity. A big thank you to the staff and students at John Monash Science School for providing such an inspiring and memorable experience for our students.
Congratulations to Kira, Ananya, Maddy, Anika, Ishya, Charlotte, Stephen and Sanvi.
