Principal's Report
By Carolyn Serpell
This week, students and staff have been busy finishing off their projects and preparing their displays for this afternoon's Exhibition of Learning. We appreciate families making the time to visit the displays, as this provides a great opportunity for students to share their learning and to receive feedback about their work.

Today is World Teacher's Day, and on behalf of us all, I would like to send a huge shout out to our wonderful teachers! I am truly grateful for all our staff and their dedication to our students, who are at the heart of everything we do. I trust you will join me in acknowledging the important and much valued role our teachers play, each and every day, in the classroom and wider school community.
A reminder that this coming Monday, 3rd November, is a curriculum planning day, and a pupil free day for students. OSHC will be running for families who require care on this day. As Tuesday 4th November is the Melbourne Cup public holiday, there will be no school or OSHC on this day, however both HPV teams will be practising from 9-11am.

On Friday 7th November, the Junior Sports Day, for Prep-2, will be held in Dederang. Thank you to those families who have already returned meal deal orders and completed consent and payment on Compass. If you have not already done so, please complete consent and return lunch orders by Wednesday 5th November, so that we can confirm orders, etc.
Due to the sports and the short week, next week, we will not be producing a newsletter or assembly.
This term's parent-teacher interviews will be held from Monday 10th November - Thursday 13th November. From next week, bookings can be made via COMPASS,subject to teacher availability. If for any reason, you are unable to meet during this time, please contact your child's teacher to arrange an alternate time.
