LITTLE DESERT CROSS COUNTRY

What an incredible effort by all our runners at the Little Desert Cross Country! Indie B, Ruby S, Gracie M, Eden M & Eadie H all represented our school in Kaniva yesterday. 

Eadie (1st), Eden (1st) & Gracie (4th) will progress on to the Greater Western Region cross country in 2 weeks time! Congratulations - we are so proud of your efforts!

HCPSSA ATHLETICS

Last Wednesday we had 53 students represent SMJ in the athletics, competing against students from other Horsham Primary Schools. All our students did us incredibly proud in both the way they competed and the way they encouraged each other throughout their events. Seeing our students demonstrate such fantastic sportsmanship and such a positive attitude, even when the weather threw all conditions at us, was so fantastic to see! We will have a number of students who will progress on to the Little Desert Athletics in Stawell in September - we cannot wait to see all the incredible things you all continue to achieve there!
