Celebrating Education Support Staff (ES) Day – 16th May

On Friday 16th May, we join the wider community in celebrating Education Support (ES) Day, a special occasion to honour and recognise the exceptional contributions made by education support staff in public education—and more importantly, to our own Glen Waverley Primary School (GWPS) community.

Our dedicated ES staff at GWPS play a vital role in supporting the learning and well-being of our students. Whether they are working in classrooms, assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining our beautiful school grounds, or helping with any number of behind-the-scenes responsibilities, our ES team ensures everything runs smoothly. Their contributions are integral to creating a nurturing, safe, and efficient environment where our students can thrive.

A huge thank you to each of our ES staff members for everything you do—for the students, for teachers, for parents, and for the broader school community. Your commitment, dedication, and ongoing support are truly appreciated, and we’re lucky to have such a hardworking team.
