We have been learning how to draw a high quality picture.

VOCABULARY

High quality: A picture that has detail.

Draw: Colour and create and image.

3 star: A picture including detail, colour and everything they are thinking of.

ACTIVITIES YOU CAN DO AT HOME TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILD'S LEARNING

Ask your child to think about something they did at school. Eg: played on the playground, read a book, counted.

Now they can draw a picture of this and ensure they draw a 3 star picture. The picture needs to include detail.

Try writing some letters that match the drawing.
