Acceptable Use Agreements

Students - return forms by 29/2/24

Forms were sent home recently for discussion and signature by both student and parent. Please return them to your child's teacher no later than 29th February. Spare copies are available in the office.

Parents - to be completed by 29/2/24

A second online Agreement is required to be completed no later than 29th February. This online form should only take a couple of minutes to complete - check your notifications on your Compass App.  The last question relates to photo permissions and requires you to consent (or not) to the school using your child's image.

Coin Challenge - Tues 5th March

Start collecting your coins now for our annual fundraiser and send them to school on Tuesday 5th March for your child's class to win the event and receive a special prize!

School Hats required

A Karoo broad-brimmed or legionnaire's hat is compulsory from mid-August until mid-April, and on days when the UV rating is higher than 3. Students are reminded that they are required to wear their Karoo hat every school day when outside. As part of our Sunsmart Policy, we adopt the policy 'no hat no play'. Hats are required during outdoor PE lessons, sports activities, recess and lunchtimes.

Students who are not wearing a hat will be required to remain undercover in a suitable area protected from the sun. For more information, please refer to our Sunsmart Policy. and Student Dress Code Policy.

Arriving Late? - Late Pass Essential

If your child arrives at school after 9:00am please ensure they come to the office for a late pass. Please do not send them straight to their classroom. Thank you!

Please shut the gate

We ask, for the safety of our students, that parents/carers shut the gates behind them when entering or leaving the school.

Grounds supervised from 8:45am

8.50am - Classroom doors open

9.00am - Learning commences

11:30 - 11:40am - Lunch eating time

11:40 - 12:20pm - Lunch break outside

2:00-2:40 - Afternoon break outside                  3.30pm - School concludes

Grounds supervised until 3:45pm
