News from the Communication Team

This week we have a new team of Communication Leaders: Xavier, Eden, Conner and Harry.

Xavier decided to take some time out of his day to interview some students on their favourite thing that happened in the school holidays. Here is a snapshot of his conversations:

HOLIDAY FUN

My favourite school holiday activity was going to the zoo for the holiday program. My favourite animal was the deer.

My favourite thing was having a sleepover with Lily. We made a lolly ball with 10 different lollies, which we finished in five minutes!

On Sunday I went to Mount Taylor for a mountain bike race. In the Under 13 race there were six people and I came third. The race was very hard and I nearly crashed in practive.

On the holidays I went camping with Will. We went fishing and caught seven cod. We also rode out bikes in the bush.

I went to Melbourne and went to Crown with some friends. We went to King Pin and played lots of games. We ate lots of lollies.

I had my sister's birthday party. We went to Sea Life for it. My favourite animal was the penguin. We also got to watch Happy Feet.

I helped my Dad a lot with watering the paddocks. We also went to my brother's birthday party. The cake was so good. 

- Fenton, Grade 3

I went to Mount Gambier and went swimming in a big heated pool. We went to the big blue lake. I went with my family.

I did a painting and I drew a magpie. It took two hours and it was a lot of fun.

I have six new born goats. They were born on Monday to Wednesday. They are very crazy. There are five girls and one boy.

I went to Queensland for four days. My cousin came over for fish and chips. I went with my family.

I went to Melbourne to see my Uncle Chris's baby. We went to have lunch with my family.

We went to Jervis Bay to camp. We also went to the beach and collected shells. We went with a friend or two. We made a sandcastle.
