Book Week

On Tuesday we celebrated Children's Book Week® by dressing up as our favourite book characters. Everyone put in so much effort and the costumes were absolutely amazing so congratulations and very well done to you all!

We just love reading here at DPS so we spent the morning reading lots of different books in lots of different classrooms! In each class, students participated in a range of activities linked to the books including some baking, arts & crafts, charades & games, science experiments and even some singing with the very talented Miss Sampson!

At recess the fun continued… students went on a hunt for some very cheeky book characters that were hiding all around the school!
