We have quite a few events coming up over the rest of this term. For these events to go ahead and to run smoothly we will need parent volunteers. If you can help out with any of the following, we would appreciate it and love to hear from you.

Father's Day Stall

On Wednesday 30th of August we will have a Father's Day stall. Gifts will be $7 and the tokens for the gifts are now available to purchase through Compass. Please make sure that you do separate purchases for each of your children. To make the process of sorting easier, can we also please ask that all Prep parents use the class coding as P (for prep) and then the teacher letter. So Prep C will be PC.

 

For this stall to run smoothly we are looking for 6-8 parents to help us out. We will need help from 9am until approximately 1pm.

 

Father's Day Breakfast Set-up

On Thursday August 31st we will be setting the hall up for the Father's Day Breakfast. We will set the hall up from 7pm. It would be great to have at least 10 people helping on this night. The more people we have the quicker we can get it done.

 

Father's Day Breakfast

Father's Day Breakfast is being held on Friday 1st of September. To order breakfast for you and your child/children, please see the Compass post and order through the link. You will be asked to choose a sitting to attend. You can purchase all meals in one order. 

 

Just a reminder that all students on school grounds prior to 8:45am will need to be supervised by an adult.

 

This call out for volunteers is for the ladies. We will need approximately 12 people to help on the day of the Father's Day Breakfast. We will need help in the kitchen and the hall. We do have Oscars Hangout coming to oversee the morning and we will be assisting them in the kitchen.

 

We will need volunteers from 6:45am though to 9:30ish. If you can't do the whole time, we would still like to hear from you for the time you can help us out. 

 

Whole School Expo

This event is being held on Friday 8th September. The Parent Association will be assisting the school with a BBQ for the parents that come to visit the expo. We are looking for 3-4 parents to assist from 1:30pm - 3:15pm. Thank you.
