YARRA RANGES TECH SCHOOL VISITS

Year 8 

Earlier this term Year 8 students participated in a Tech Taster session at Yarra Ranges Tech School exploring 'AI and Sustainability' as part of their Humanities studies.  They tested different insulation materials to create energy efficient housing.

Year 7 

As part of our DigiTech Game Development unit, Year 7 students went to the Yarra Ranges Tech School to develop an in depth understanding of how to create 3D games in Unreal Engine. They were also able to play their game in VR (virtual reality) as well as other games too! 

Here you can see students in 7M, 7N, 7L engaging in the program.  They all absolutely loved it!
