Our EIS Netball and Football students completed a Sport Science education session at the Victorian Institute of Sport.

Students learnt about each of the different areas of Sport Science and how they relate to elite athlete performance.

The VIS Sport Scientists also took the students on a tour, giving them exclusive insights into how athletes train, and how their performance in training and competition is closely monitored to ensure they reach their full potential!
