We are very excited to have purchased new resources for our early years classrooms.   We have fabulous new Fountas and Pinnell guided readers and decodables books.

Great new books are on the way to our Year 3 - 4 classrooms for students to take home to read.  Our PLD - structured synthetic phonics program will be extending into Year 3 - 4 in 2024.  This will be incorporated into their writing/spelling program and weekly words will be sent home to support the learning at school.

The school will not be renewing our Wuska online home reading subscription although students will have access to Epic online reading at school.  Parents can choose to purchase Epic to enable them to have access at home, although this will be at an extra cost.  Students will have access to library and take home books to support their nightly reading.  

We have updated our Curriculum Framework and our instructional models and presented this school council last week.  Please see the attachment.
