Duke of Edinburgh International Awards

The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Awards are a positive and rewarding challenge of self-discovery for all participants. They present young people with a program of voluntary activities that encourage personal growth, resilience, perseverance, responsibility and community service. Everyone undertaking the Awards learns a skill, becomes more physically aware, volunteers in their community and undertakes a team adventure.

The Duke of Edinburgh vision is that all young people in Australia are empowered to explore their full potential and achieve success through participation in the Duke of Edinburgh. The Duke of Edinburgh is open to all young people aged 14 – 24 and is offered at Bronze, Silver and Gold levels, each progressively longer and more challenging. Participants can design their own unique program around their interests and passions. If you are interested in your child participating in the Duke of Edinburgh Award, please contact Mr Desmarchelier at jdesmarchelier@clayfield.qld.edu.au
