Parent Prayer Group

The parent prayer group meet each Monday morning in the Oasis Kitchen area. Please join us in praying for the school at 9.00am in the Oasis Kitchen.

Parents and Friends in 2025  

It is time to start thinking about Parents and Friends in 2025! If you are interested in being a Liaison in 2025, we would love to hear from you. 

We are looking for 2 Liaisons for each year level for Foundation - Year 6. The main role of the Liaison is to promote community by welcoming new families, organising at least one social event during the year, and overseeing an activity:

Foundation – School Holiday Play, Term 3 BBQ

Year 1 – Mothers’ Day Stall

Year 2 – Fathers’ Day Stall

Year 3 – New Parents’ Dinner

Year 4 – Term 1 BBQ

Year 5 – Graduation Supper

Year 6 – Graduation Decoration and Memento.

Second Hand Uniform Pool

For several years, one of our parents, Jaymee, has generously served as our Second Hand Uniform Pool Coordinator at Pilgrim School. We truly appreciate the time and effort she has dedicated to supporting our community in this role. Thank you, Jaymee, for your contribution. 

In 2025, we will have a vacancy for this role of Second Hand Uniform Pool Coordinator. The role involves collection and processing uniform items - recording information, quality control and pricing, placing items ready for sale in the Second Hand Uniform Shop. Training will be provided. If you would like more information or are considering volunteering for this role, please contact the Front Office or Christelle Sinon.
