Kitchen Garden
This term in Kitchen Garden, students in grades 3 & 4 made delicious arancini balls with arrabiata sauce. These nutritious snacks are easy to make and cook.
Ingredients included:
cooked rice, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 cup peas, 5 stems of parsley from our garden, 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of pepper, 2 cups grated cheese, 2 eggs, flour and bread crumbs.
The garden was looking very overgrown over the holidays so got a much needed weed and water! Thank you-Jenni and 3/4D!
