Hot weather and school

This summer has been a hot one and continues to be!

At Albanvale Primary School we make sure the classrooms are kept cool and that students have access to their drink bottles. We want to make sure all students have the best environment to learn in at all times, including the heat waves hitting Melbourne.

But we need your help!

If the weather is predicted to be above 30 degrees it is really important that students are dressed appropriately. This means, where possible, shorts/skirts, dresses and t-shirts. Students do not need jumpers on these days. They must also bring their wide brimmed hats.
