OGPS Day: Friday 21st February
“Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it.”
William Arthur Ward
Another year has started, and we are already well into term one. This year I am in my wellbeing role from Monday to Wednesday as the school’s Mental Health & Wellbeing Leader (MHWL). On Thursday and Friday, I’m lucky to be in the classroom teaching 4MS. I am so grateful that I have a job that I love. OGPS is the best!
OGPS Day is a chance for us all to celebrate all the wonderful things about our school. Students may be doing some activities related to OGPS Day on Friday in their classrooms or during Peer Connect. They are encouraged to wear a splash of blue with their school uniform. It could be blue nail polish, a ribbon, or head band, or even some blue zinc. As a parent or carer, you might also like to join in with a splash of blue.
Have a wonderful week.
