Student Wellbeing and Engagement

Planning for 2025 has been very busy again, partnering with some fantastic external providers to increase our student engagement and wellbeing across the college.

Our partners for 2025 include The Resilience Project, The Man Cave, Respectful Relationships, The Pat Cronin Foundation, Batyr, Respectful Relationships, Headspace, and ABCN. Our Wellbeing team is committed to supporting our students and providing positive mental health and support programs to benefit our whole school community.

The Breakfast Club continues to be a huge success, with toasties, fruit, cereal, and flavoured milk available every Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:10am. Lunchtime clubs for term one include art club, chill and chat, boxing, and garden club.

The Smile Squad team from DPV Health have been onsite at Edgars Creek. Smile Squad is the Victorian Government free school dental program. We even had a visit from Bronwyn Halfpenny, to see this in action!

We have some exciting celebration days coming up with Harmony Week starting Monday 17th March. Activities will include African Drumming, Henna, Middle Eastern cooking, Bollywood dancing and our Cultural Showcase Day.
