SCHOOL FEE FORMS WERE SENT HOME WITH YOUR ELDEST CHILD LAST WEEK.

YOU SHOULD HAVE ALSO RECEIVED THE SCHOOL FEE STATEMENT IN A SYSTEM GENERATED EMAIL.  PLEASE CONTACT THE SCHOOL OFFICE IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE 2025 SCHOOL FEE PAPERWORK.

To be completed and returned as a matter of urgency (was due Monday 10th February 2025).  If paying by Direct Debit—this Agreement must be received at the school office each year to commence payments.

 

Direct Debit Request 2025

Direct Debit Request to be completed and returned with the School Fee Payment Agreement if you elect to pay school fees by Direct Debit.

Families who used Direct Debit in 2024 and wish to continue in 2025 with the same bank account details and fortnight, do not need to complete a new Direct Debit Request unless Bank Account details have changed—please indicate this on your School Fee Payment Agreement.

SCHOOL FEE CONCESSIONS FOR HEALTH CARE CARD HOLDERS

ARE YOU A HEALTH CARE CARD HOLDER?

YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR CSEF, SSB and FEE CONCESSIONS

As per Catholic Education Sandhurst Ltd (CESL) initiative advised in the school newsletter last year Primary School families holding a valid Health Care Card (HCC) may be eligible for a significant reduction in school fees for the 2025 school year.  

We understand that many families have varying circumstances and in response to the rising cost of living expenses, we are committed to supporting those who need additional assistance.

Please be assured that this support is provided to ensure all students have the opportunity to thrive in our school community. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please contact the school office.

 

To be eligible for this reduction you must:

  • Hold a valid Health Care Card and be proven eligible for the governments Camps, Sports & Excursions Fund (CSEF) of $150 per child.   If eligible for the CSEF you will also be eligible for the 2025 State Government School Saving Bonus of $400.
  • Set up a Direct Debit arrangement for payment of school fees (Direct Debit amount will be calculated after discounts have been applied to be paid over 20 fortnights)
  • So that we can ascertain your eligibility you will first need to provide the following to the school office as a matter of urgency:
  • Complete and return CSEF application form attached to this newsletter - eligibility to be confirmed
  • Provide a copy of your Health Care Card to the school office
  • Complete and return School Fees Concession Program application – available from school office
  • Complete and return your 2025 School Fee Payment Agreement selecting Direct Debit as your method of payment (The amount will be recalculated after processing discounts)
  • Complete and return Direct Debit Request for payment of school fees

 

Once your CSEF eligibility has been confirmed, and you have agreed to set up a direct debit arrangement providing all of the above paperwork, the discount will be applied to your school fee account.
