Compass Community Calendar
When planning ahead you can find important school dates and events on the Compass Community Calendar.
Compass Pay
We use Compass Pay for all school events. This will include both the payment and consent for camps, incursions and excursions.
Team Kids run the CSPS Out of Hours School Care program each morning and afternoon on school days and on pupil-free days.
Students, Please remember to pack your hat!
Head Bumps
As an addition to the Compass notification and phone call for any bumps to the head, students will also be given a sticker to wear. This will notify school staff and any carers that may need to know about the injury.
Lost Property
To help minimise the amount of lost property this term please remember to label clothing, lunch boxes, drink bottles etc, with your child's full name and we will do our best to return lost property to your child.
Any unlabelled items that are not claimed within 2 weeks will be donated or disposed of.
Lunch Orders
Lunch orders can be ordered from Thursday via the Flexischools App for students in Years 1 - 6.
Please note Prep students will have opportunity to order from Term 2.
Lunch Orders are available to order every Thursday and Friday.
Mr Brightside's order cut off time is 9:45am.
The Smile Squad team from Better Health Network(BHN) are coming to our school soon.
Smile Squad is the Victorian Government free school dental program. Further information coming soon....
We are on the lookout for any volunteers who can assist with running our Second Hand Uniform Shop, and washing of lost property. If you are able to assist with either of these tasks please contact the office or email Melissa at caulfield.south.ps@education.vic.gov.au
We are hoping to build up a team of volunteers so that many hands make light work!
Second Hand Uniform
SHUS will be open on Friday 28th February 3:15pm - 3:45pm, in the Drum Corps Room at the end of the verandah. Please bring your own bags.
Please ensure second hand uniform is clearly labelled with your child's name and erase any previous labelling.

CSPS would like to offer Basketball Lessons after school on a Thursday. If you are interested please register to attend the free basketball lesson on Thursday 20th February hosted by Fit for Kids. If there is enough interest we are hoping it can be offered on a regular basis. Further information found on the extra-curricular page of this newsletter.
