Community Engagement

Parent & Friends Welcome Evening
A great night was had last Friday evening as parents and staff gathered for the much anticipated Parent & Friends Welcome Evening. It was great to welcome the new families in Prep and from across our school. Enormous thanks to Kimberly Bawden and Monique Burke who led this event and to the team of year 6 parents who supported them.
Open Morning and Kinder Visits
This week we enjoyed showcasing our beautiful school at our first Open Morning for 2025. Our School Captains Ethan and Kora and Vice School Captains Will and Grace proudly toured the prospective families around our school. They confidently shared the strengths of our school and community and highlighted the amazing learning that takes place on a daily basis across our school. We have five further opportunities to open our classrooms and learning spaces to allow visitors to see our school in action. Please fell free to join any tour and hear our Year 6 share what they love about St Roch's.

We are are very excited about collaborating with them throughout the year, to provide opportunities for shared experiences across both settings with our Year 6 leaders and staff.
