Italian NewsGiochi Matematici del Mediterraneo- Test 1 (Qualificazione D’Istituto) 

Congratulazioni to our 40 Year 3, 4, and 5 students who completed their first GMM Test on Friday, 7 November, and Monday, 10 November. It was a wonderful display of mutual responsibility, bravery, and perseverance. We wish all these students the very best of luck for this round!

The second test (Finale d’Istituto) will take place at school between the 5th and 12th of December. Your child will be notified of the specific date and informed whether they have passed the first test and qualified for the second round. In bocca al lupo a tutti!

Lo Zecchino D’Oro Choirs

A huge congratulazioni goes out to our wonderful Zecchino d’Oro Junior and Senior Choirs for their participation in the Zecchino d’Oro in Melbourne event at the Italian Festa on Saturday, 18 October, and Sunday, 19 October.

On Monday 10th November every chorister received a Certificate of Participation to recognise their dedication, teamwork, the joy they brought to the stage, and their love for the Italian language and culture through music.

Come and join us at the BSPS Festa di Primavera on Saturday 29th November at 3:30 pm for a joyful sing-along with our Zecchino Junior and Senior Choirs. We look forward to sharing this musical celebration with you!

Pranzo Italiano Club #8

Our penultimate Pranzo Italiano Club for the year will be held on Monday, 24 November. Many thanks in advance to Oliver Mann, father of Arabella (Year 3) and Pernille (Year 5), and to Roberta Ingrosso, mother of Mia (Year 3) and Loukas (Year 6), for their support in leading this Pranzo! Your child will be informed ahead of time if they will be attending this Pranzo.
