Scrittura – Year 3/4

In Writing, students are learning to plan, write, present and respond to an opinion on a chosen topic. They are practising how to share their ideas clearly and respectfully.

Students are learning to:

• recognise the difference between facts and opinions
• justify their opinion with clear reasons
• use conjunctions (because, since, while, for…) to connect ideas
• write clear, meaningful sentences

• include a strong opening and closing statement
• speak confidently when presenting their opinion
• listen respectfully and respond appropriately to others

Camp Wilkin

This week the  Year 3/4 students went to camp and they participated in lots of  incredible activities including, rock climbing, trampolines and surfing.  Everyone had a great time.
